Arrêté du 5 novembre 1959 portant classement indiciaire des emplois communaux

Les échelles indiciaires susceptibles d'être attribuées aux titulaires de certains emplois administratifs ou techniques des communes et établissements publics communaux et intercommunaux ne présentant pas un caractère industriel ou commercial sont fixées conformément aux annexes I et II du présent arrêté.
Ces échelles se substituent à celles qui étaient prévues par l'arrêté interministériel du 19 novembre 1948, modifié portant classement indiciaire des fonctionnaires et agents communaux et l'arrêté ministériel du 5 décembre 1957 portant remise en ordre des échelles du personnel communal des cadres d'exécution.

Le directeur de l'administration départementale et communale est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté, qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
