L'emploi de directeur comporte quatre échelons. La durée du temps passé dans chacun des trois premiers échelons est fixée à trois ans.
L'emploi de directeur adjoint comporte douze échelons. La durée du temps passé dans les onze premiers échelons est fixée comme suit ;
I - ECHELONS : 11ème échelon ;
II - DUREE : 3 ans ;

II - DUREE : 2 ans 6 mois ;
I - ECHELONS : 9ème échelon ;
II - DUREE : 2 ans 6 mois ;
I - ECHELONS : 8ème échelon ;
II - DUREE : 2 ans 6 mois ;
I - ECHELONS : 7ème échelon ;
II - DUREE : 2 ans 6 mois ;
I - ECHELONS : 6ème échelon ;
II - DUREE : 2 ans 6 mois ;
